क्रिकेटर सन्दीप लामिछानेको भिसालाई लिएर नेपालस्थित अमेरिकी दूतावासले आफ्नो प्रतिक्रिया दिएको छ। 

दूतावासले अमेरिकी कानुन अनुसार व्यक्तिगत भिसाका मुद्दाहरूमा टिप्पणी गर्न नमिल्ने बताएको हो।

भिसा रेकर्डहरू अमेरिकी कानुन अन्तर्गत गोप्य रहने भएकाले केही भन्न नमिल्ने दूतावासले जनाएको छ। 

विश्वकपमा सहभागी हुन अमेरिका जान लागेका क्रिकेटर सन्दीप लामिछानेको भिसा दूतावासले अस्वीकृत गरेको छ।

अमेरिका र वेस्ट इन्डिजमा हुन लागेको टी(२० विश्वकप खेल्न जान लागेका लामिछानेलाई  दूतावासले  भिसा दिन अस्वीकृत गरेको हो।

Cricketer Sandeep Lamichhane and U.S. Visa:

The U.S. Embassy is extremely excited to have Nepal's men’s national cricket team, the Rhinos, participating in the T20 World Cup in the United States and, in fact, a few Embassy officials met with them a few weeks ago to appreciate and encourage them before they headed out.  We are wishing the entire team the best in the coming games.

 U.S. Embassy Kathmandu and other U.S. consular posts around the world have made a concerted effort to ensure that members of national cricket teams who qualify for the appropriate visa class are able to travel in time to compete in the World Cup.  

 We cannot comment on individual visa cases as visa records are confidential under U.S. law.
